We collect account information you provide (name, email, workspace details), business data you enter into the platform, and technical data such as log and device information needed to operate the service securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the service, process subscriptions and payments, send transactional and (optionally) product communications, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, role-based access control, tenant isolation, CSRF protection, audit logging and regular backups.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details. We retain subscription, invoice and payment records associated with your workspace.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with processors required to operate the service (e.g. payment and email providers) and where required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your data. Workspace owners can manage email preferences and request account closure by contacting support.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data while your workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting and security requirements. Data is never deleted during an active trial or subscription.
