Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating a workspace or using DigiHelp IMS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Free Trial

New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the platform.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through PayPal at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing interval at any time.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace is suspended. Your data is retained and is never deleted as a result of cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the data you store and the users you invite.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your business data. We process it solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and provider outages may occasionally affect access.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiHelp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
